The signature lid allows you to carefully grill low and slow, using the adjustable butterfly vents and an integrated analog thermometer.

The grill incorporates high-temperature ceramic firebrick into the walls and surface of a reinforced grill base, promoting even heat distribution and heat retention which makes for a more uniform heat source and fuel-efficient cooking.
