PRODUCT INFORMATION

ASSEMBLY INFORMATION
Please note that limited assembly is required for your Fogo Americano Grill. The grill is heavy and will require at least two people to assemble. The carts are easy to bolt together and the grill base sits on top and clips into position quickly. Firebricks must be placed in the grill base for the first time set-up and are shipped separately. Please refer to the product manual for more information.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Always use the grill in a well-ventilated area.
- Never use the grill inside a home, garage, or any other enclosed space.
- Keep the grill away from flammable materials, such as curtains, paper, or dry grass.
- Always use the grill on a stable, flat surface.

PROTECTIVE CLOTHING
- Wear protective clothing, such as oven mitts, when handling hot grill parts.

SUPERVISION
- Never leave the grill unattended while in use.
- Keep children and pets away from the grill while it is in use.

MAINTENANCE
- Follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper maintenance and cleaning of the grill.
- Dispose of coals safely after use.
- Do not use gasoline or other flammable liquids to start the grill.

FIRE SAFETY
- If the grill catches fire, do not try to extinguish the flames with water. Instead, cover the grill with a lid or use a fire extinguisher designed for use on grease fires.

TROUBLESHOOTING
- If you experience any difficulty with the grill, stop using it immediately and contact us for assistance.

FIRE SAFETY: CHARCOAL GRILLS
- Charcoal grills should be used only in outdoor areas that are clear of flammable materials, and should be placed on a flat, stable surface away from buildings, trees, and other structures.
- The grill should be kept away from children and pets at all times.

CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING
- Charcoal grills produce carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless gas that can be harmful or even deadly if inhaled in large amounts.
- To reduce the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning, never use a charcoal grill in an enclosed space, such as a garage or tent.

HOT SURFACES
- The grill and its components will become extremely hot during use.
- Use caution when handling the grill or touching any hot surfaces, and use protective gloves or tongs when handling food or accessories.

MAINTENANCE

- Regularly check for and repair any damage or wear.
- Failure to properly assemble or maintain the grill could result in injury or damage.

GRILLING
- Use caution when grilling, as open flames and hot coals can pose a risk of burns or fire.
- Do not leave the grill unattended while in use.
- Use appropriate grilling techniques, such as keeping the grill lid closed as much as possible, to minimize flare-ups.
