The Asado Grill features an adjustable height grilling surface, that sits from 6 inches up to over 20 inches above the coal bed.

The Fogo Americano Asado Grill offers versatile cooking options with its two main grilling areas: the primary, adjustable height surface and an additional top rack 6 inches above. With a combined 735 square inches of grilling space, you'll have ample room for all your cooking needs.
The grill incorporates high-temperature ceramic firebrick into the walls and surface of the reinforced grill base, providing a uniform heat source for more fuel-efficient cooking. The adjustable height, 'Santa Maria'-style adjustable height rack allows for precise control of your grilling surface over the coal bed, allowing direct access to add fuel and reposition your coal bed with ease.
Inspired by grilling traditions from Argentina and across Latin America, the Fogo Americano Asado Grill is designed for maximum customizability.
The Asado Grill Package includes a stainless steel cart, 5-inch locking, swivel caster wheels, a coal rake, and an ash shovel. Built-in configurations available by request. Patent Pending

SHIPPING & RETURNS
The cost of shipping will be calculated at the time of final payment and international shipping is available for an additional fee. Domestic delivery times for your Fogo Americano Grill are typically 5-10 business days from the time of shipment, and will be sent via freight due to the grill's large size and weight. Customers are responsible for receiving shipments at the delivery address and understanding the requirements for receiving a freight shipment before the delivery date.
Return policy: If you're not satisfied with your Fogo Americano Grill, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. You will receive a full refund, minus the cost of both original and return shipping. Restocking fees may apply to unused but opened products and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES
Fogo Americano is proud to manufacture our grills locally in the USA, making us largely unaffected by the current supply-chain issues affecting many manufacturers. This means that our grills and spare parts will always be available to our customers, even in the face of steel shortages and pricing changes.
ASSEMBLY
Please note that limited assembly is required for your Fogo Americano Grill. The grill is heavy and will require at least two people to assemble. The carts are easy to bolt together and the grill base sits on top and clips into position quickly. Firebricks must be placed in the grill base for the first time set-up and are shipped separately. Please refer to the product manual for more information.
