SHIPPING
The cost of shipping will be calculated at the time of final payment and international shipping is available for an additional fee. Delivery times for your Fogo Americano Grill are typically 5-10 business days from the time of shipment, and will be sent via freight due to the grill's large size and weight. Delivery instructions will be sent via confirmation email.
Customers are responsible for receiving shipments at the delivery address and understanding the requirements for receiving a freight shipment before the delivery date.
RETURNS
If you're not satisfied with your Fogo Americano Grill, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
All returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. You will receive a full refund, minus the cost of both original and return shipping. Restocking fees may apply to unused but opened products and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. You must contact us for more information prior to making a return.

Fogo Americano is proud to manufacture our grills locally in the USA, making us largely unaffected by the current supply-chain issues affecting many manufacturers. This means that our grills and spare parts will always be available to our customers, even in the face of steel shortages and pricing changes.
