Fogo Americano ("Company") is proud to offer a limited warranty on all of our grills. The Company warrants its grill against defects in manufacturing and material under normal and proper use for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase.
In the event that the product is used for commercial purposes, the Company warrants this grill against defects in manufacturing and material under normal and proper use for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.
The Company warrants its grill grates, racks, accessories, and modular components against defects in manufacturing and material under normal and proper use for a period of (3) years.
The finish on grills and grill components carries a two (2) year warranty against defects in manufacturing and material under normal and proper use, excluding fading, discoloration, or scratches sustained from normal set up and use.
The Company will make the final determination, and decisions will be made on a case by case basis. Please contact us with questions or to confirm details in advance. This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid with the presentation of the purchase receipt.
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage caused by failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for use and maintenance
- Damage caused by modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Fading or discoloration of finishes or coatings
- Corrosion or rust
- Accidental or intentional damage -- including scratches -- sustained by grills and grill components
To make a claim under this warranty, please contact our customer service team at info@fogoamericano.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Our team will work with you to determine the best course of action, which may include repair or replacement of the grill.
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the grill. It does not cover damages incurred during shipping or delivery.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GIVEN BY THE COMPANY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE COMPANY'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT AS SET FORTH ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
